Jesús González Herrera

Jesús González joined CEMEX in 1998, and has held several senior positions, including Corporate Director of Strategic Planning, Vice President of Strategic Planning in CEMEX USA, President of CEMEX Central America, President of CEMEX UK, and more recently as Executive Vice President of Sustainability and Operations Development. In his current position, Jesús is the President of CEMEX in South, Central America and the Caribbean, and Chief Executive Officer of CEMEX Latam Holdings. He holds a MSc in Naval Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA from IESE - University of Navarra, Barcelona.
Marcelo Catalá Espinosa

He joined CEMEX in 2006 and has held several senior positions, including Corporate Director for Strategic Planning, CEMEX Vice-President for Strategic Planning for Northern Europe and Poland, President of CEMEX Poland, President of CEMEX France, and most recently Vice-President for Related Businesses, Marketing, Innovation and Customer Experience for Europe. Before CEMEX, Marcelo worked in Consultancy for the firm Boston Consulting Group. Marcelo studied Business and Laws at Comillas University and has an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is currently Vice-President for Urbanisation Solutions for Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia at CEMEX.
Beatriz Eugenia Tumoine Muñoz

She has a degree in Business Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana. She joined CEMEX in 2007 and has held various management positions in the human resources area, having been, among others, Director of Human Resources at the group's headquarters in Monterrey, Mexico, from 2020 to 2022 and Director of the Area of Planning and Development of Human Resources in the period 2016 to 2020. She is currently the Global Director of Social Impact, a position for which she was appointed in the current year 2022. In addition, she is a member of the board of the Foundation of the Insurance Institute Social in Mexico and global leader of the Diversity and Inclusion Program for CEMEX.
Jorge Torrado Angarita

Date of first appointment: June 28, 2022. Lawyer with extensive experience in legal advice in the areas of securities law, financial law, corporate law and commercial law. He held important positions both in the public and private sectors and as an independent lawyer he has participated as an advisor to both national and foreign clients in several of the largest purchase and sale operations of companies, mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs and securities issues that have been made in the Colombian private sector. He has extensive financial and accounting knowledge having served as general manager of a stockbroker firm and as a main member of the Board of Directors of different companies. He is a list A arbitrator of the Arbitration and Conciliation Center of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce. Professor of Mergers and Acquisitions in the specialization of commercial law at the Universidad de los Andes Law School.
Angélica Rodríguez-López Domingo

She has a degree in Economics and Business Sciences and a Master's in Economics from the London School of Economics, having developed most of her professional career in the financial sector, among other entities, at AB Asesores and Morgan Stanley, where he has held senior management positions and has been a member of the Boards of Directors of these companies.
She has carried out teaching work as a professor of Economic Theory and Macroeconomics.
She is a founding member of the Inuit Foundation, which manages a Social Impact Fund, currently serving as Vice President of its company .
Antonio Iván Sánchez

He graduated in Law from Deusto University in Bilbao, Spain. He was awarded a master in laws (LLM) at Northwestern University (Pritzker School of Law) in Chicago, USA. After working in various law firms, he joined CEMEX in the year 2001 and has since been working as a lawyer on the legal team, in the international area. In September 2017, we was appointed legal director of the CEMEX Group operations in the region of Asia, Middle East and Africa and in June 2020 was designated to hold that position in the region of Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa.
